7 Things I Learned about happiness

1.Happiness is a choice
幸福不是选择
Whether you choose to look for happiness or not, it’s definitely there, waiting to be discovered.
不管你是选与不选，它都在那里，等着你去发现。
2.Happiness can be found anywhere…
幸福随处可见
as long as you search for it. Sometimes, I get the impression that making an effort to be happy somehow isn’t as “good” as it just naturally happening spontaneously. This forced effort somehow makes happiness feel like it’s worth less.
只要你找寻，有时候我会有这样的感觉：努力追寻幸福，但有时候他并不如本来的那样“好”。这种努力使得幸福和收获看起来并不那么对等。
3.Happiness is about appreciation / gratefulness
幸福关乎感恩
I’ve read lots about happiness, and this is one of the things that often came up. Until I actually did this, I didn’t appreciate how important it was. I realised there was no reason I couldn’t be happy with what I have now, while still pursuing what I wanted.
我看过很多幸福小故事，感恩常常会映入我的脑海。在自己亲身实践以前我都没意识到这点到底有多重要。我发现我没理由对现在拥有的一切不满意，还追求我想要的。
4. Find things to make you happy
做些让自己快乐的事
Go out of your way and consciously search for activities that make you happy. This quest makes it no less meaningful whatsoever.
不要一成不变，有意识的做些让自己快乐的事。否则，一切都失去了意义。
5.The smallest things can make you happy
从小事中感悟幸福
Sometimes it was as simple as having dinner with my parents. Even just acknowledging that I was doing this challenge made me happy. The smallest things eventually add up to big results.
有时候幸福就是简单的和父母吃顿饭。只要知道正在做的能让自己感到快乐就行。小事件汇集也会有大收获。
6.I have more of an opportunity to make others happy
有机会也让别人感受幸福
Lots of my pictures were about me. I really enjoy making other people happy.
很多照片都是关于我的。我真的喜欢让别人也感受幸福。
7.Your happiness is your responsibility
幸福是你自己的责任
Nobody owes you happiness. You need to earn it. It doesn’t usually happen by accident. Sometimes it does, of course, but do you really want serendipity on its own to be responsible for your happiness?
没人欠你一份幸福。你得自己争取。幸福不是偶然。当然有时候是掌握在别人的手中，但你真的喜欢你的幸福是别人给你的吗？
