Responsibilities:
Patient Surveys (in-and outpatient). For outpatient on daily rounding, for inpatient on daily inpatient visits. Put the data into excel sheets.
Deliver high quality service to patients. Ensure patient needs and reasonable requests are met.
Answer or transfer telephones and take messages.
Help patient with appointments
Inform patient about packages, general vaccination information, promotions, facilities
Pro actively handle and solve problems by coordinating with departments involved. Deal with comments and provide report to Patient Service Manager. Solicit assistance from Patient Service Manager if needed.
Ensure comments are properly logged and followed-up upon, provide feedback to the patient.
Seek opportunities to continuously improve patient services.
Maintain good working relations with all departments.
Manage physical environment (magazines, gifts, facilities, general environment)
Handle special new born and delivery services (keep a regularly updated list, make announcements on the board, keep a regularly updated list of the footprint, distribute membership card information, handle photo taken etc.)
Promote the hospital and its services.
